If you are unable to use the automated verification
- Please print out, fill out and sign our paper mandate (available via your sales representative). Mark clearly who the owner of the number is.
- Send mandate to support@leaddesk.com.
- Verify the ownership of the number by:
Option 1: Answering a call to the number from our support specialist
Option 2: Send us an official document stating that you, or your customer owns the number (e.g. bill from the operator)
Processing these requests will take more time. Please take into consideration that your request may be rejected if we are not able to verify the mandate.
